I have been prepping for my Labor, Delivery, and New Baby for the past few weeks and it is completely different than my first delivery. Since I had my daughter, I started using Essential Oils and have tried to make healthy transformations in multiple areas of our life. I had no clue what to expect with my first delivery and had no tools to support me in this experience. I luckily had a beautiful delivery and my daughter was born very healthy.
This time, I am so excited to use my essential oils to support me (physically, mentally, emotionally), my new baby and my growing family.
This is a time of big change for my sweet family. My daughter is 4 years old and has been an only child with full attention from everyone. My husband and I will be making big changes in our schedules and routine (that we are more that excited and willing to make) but will take some getting used to.
Essential Oil Transformations can be used whether you are going to be delivering your baby at home with no medical support or you will be delivery in a hospital with an epidural (as I plan to do).
